Dec. 1st, 2007 04:12 pm Name That Show

So [info]zika_desu and I started this game. One would take a screenshot of a show that we have seen and the other would have to guess it. Well the game took a break so I am starting it again.
Can you Name That Show )
Ok the the first picture that I did was really easy.

Which is the opening theme to Air Gear.

So then we really started the game with this picture that I sent to her.

Which I won't name the show. But that persons back is a helpful hint and I had to cover the dead giveaway butt because I didn't want the subber to show.

So she got it right after a hint or two. And this was her challenge.

I got it right on the first guess. But a moose head in a room made it kinda easy.

So now here is my next challenge.

Hint: this is not a normal drama.

Aug. 17th, 2007 12:42 pm Vinager

I don't like vinager.  I was coming closer and closer to having Nakamura nails and then I had to strip wall paper.  The vinager made my nails die.  so sad.  Now its time to wallpaper and finish faux finish painting.  Did that make sense. oh well.

Oh I just remembered.  Last friday did anyone see Monk?  I missed a little bit of it but the bad guy was the Inivisible Man.  I used to love that show.  My favorite part was when he went invisible and had that quicksilver vision.  Also on shows.  Sat.  I was restless and was surfing channels when I came onto Bleach.  Gosh I didn't realize how far into the show they had already gotten.  I just caught the tailend of it, but thats ok my favorite ending theme was on, Happy People.  I didn't know that they were sticking to the original opening and endings.  I guess that makes sense cause it is adult swim and they have done that with others.  I just think I had it in my head that they would make something up like for Prince of Tennis or Naruto.  But those were cartonami and not adult swim.  Duh Lauren.  Plus i should have known from kinda watching it till I got tired of the voices earlier this year.  Although for the preview I think Toushiro was talking and he didn't sound so bad so maybe I'll watch it next week.

And still speaking of television.  The only reality game show I have ever sorta really watched is So You Think You Can DANCE.  I watched the last half of the last years season.  I totally wanted Travis to win and not Benji.  Oh well.  So this summer I have been kinda watching.  Not always cause I am busy a lot of the time, or cause I really don't like the hostess Cat whatever.  Her nose is crooked and shes a model.  Also her accent can get annoying, or maybe its how she eununciates.   This season we watched Wed. and Thurs.  Darn it, I like Sabre but come on she has only been dancing for 4 years and I totally thought Danny should win.  It was cool to find out that Danny is last seasons Travis' stepbrother.  Last years winner Benji, also had a cousin in the top four last year and his little sister Lacey was in the top four this year.  The other top four guy was Neil.  I didn't exactly want him to win but figured he would because tons of little girls liked him.  He was a gymnist too and could do so pretty cool tricks.  Danny could do these leaps that were simply amazing.  Another guy that I thought should have done better was Hok.  He was a little circus acrobat that could really only do street dancing.  But he came back every year after taking classes and tried again to make it.  Finally they let him on this year and he made it to the top 12.  He was awesome.  I love watching the dances they can do some really crazy stuff.  They also brought in some really good outside people.  This one guy did some awesome clogging.  Even better than Kentaro.

Okay  Darn I have more to say but must get back to work.

The Murder Mystery was fun. Although the killer was a little obvious. I was fun to see all ages of people there trying to be in character or watching others and just enjoying the dinner. And man, the food was awesome. Crab cakes, green liguini and grilled chicken, green beans, potatoes. mmmm. They gave us fake money to go around for bribes or black mailing. Travis had the roll of a card dealer so he went around playing hi lo and winning peoples money. He ended up making the most money for the night, everyone started with 10 Fifty dollar bills and he ended with 4,700. In under two hours without even stacking the deck. Some people were dressed up alot for their part. I was a hotel conceirge so I was in a business suit, but one guy was security so he was dress up like a secret service or CIA guy with the ear peice and everything. Chaz was a lounge singer so she had a boa and pretty dress on. Travis borrowed my Dad's bartending vest from when my parents bartended in college so he kinda looked like a dealer. One little old lady was a politician so she had made up a bunch of campaigning handouts and buttons. I want to go to another one.

Today was my Dad's birthday. He's 55 now. We had a family reunion today too. It was my Dad's side of the family. Big family, with my StepGrandpa married three times and a widower twice. And all my grandmothers family too. Its up to four generations now. It was neat seeing people I haven't seen in forever. Like my cousin, Andrea who spent the last two years studying at a college in Belguim. Or my other cousin who is a US Marshall, hes really funny. Oh and my crazy cousin, D'Juna. She this short little white girl with blonde dreadlocks. She is into film. She is working on some kind of still life movie right now in New York. So I am like man, I need to go visit her. film... includes acting.... has actors in it.....is in New York.... OMG please take me there...... maybe I'll see some really cool people..... and that would be sooo awesome. I really need to wake up and realize that would never happen. Oh well, I can dream for a little while.

Oh so we moved Bitz and Andrew in yesterday. Bitz is in the VW Kettering building. It is huge, I think its the second longest dorm in North America. They have to go early cause they are in the POD or Pride of Dayton Marching Band. Danny and Travis decided to go dumpster diving and pulled a mail cart out. They were going to fide it down Stewart hill but we convinsed them that it probably wasn't the best idea. The cart says JFK Airport on it. Which is another conection to NY it must be a sign. Afterwards we were going to go down to KI for a bit because we were almost half way there. But when we got there the place was PACKED. I have never seen that parking lot so full. Danny thinks it was probably the weekend that Weird Al had a concert. But it could also be because the US Masters Tennis is going on there too. So when I realized this I was like, ooooo tennis! oh wait what were we talking about again?

Well I guess thats all for now.

So tonight is a Murder Mystery Dinner. Its at this cafe and Bitz is one of the main actors. The theme is a casino party. Ron Trump is having the party to celebrate the sucess of his hotel casino, The Paramount. I am the hotel concierge, Jean Clean. I quite a lot of people that are going so it should be fun.

Oh and I can use my computer again. I had tripped over the cord of the adapter and pulled the plug apart. half of it was still stuck in my computer. Well we don't have a best buy that close and that is were I got it. So I first went to Radio Shack to see if I could just buy the plug but they couldn't help me. So then I went to Staples. I showed it to the customer service guy and he was like, Oh, I think we have those in stock. When did you buy this. And I said," um, end of April beginning of May." So he was okay then we can do a exchange without a receipt. Luckily I had all the pieces and stuff so in a suprized daze I agreed.

I was so excited to be able to use my computer again with out having to buy a new something or other. this Laptop is like 4.5 years old. I would almost do better just getting a new computer. Anyway now I feel kinda bad. I got a new charger for free from I store that I didn't buy the original from.

The other weekend was senior nationals. Chatham made the cuts but didn't go because she didn't really have a coach to take her and some other things. But after looking at the pysch sheets I think she wished she could have. Dara Torres, (past olympian) was signed up and some of her college team mates were too. In fact one of her team mates got olympic trial cuts and she was a freshman like Chaz. Actually several of her team mates have cuts already. Chatham is close and I think that was a big factor why she didn't go. She was afraid that she wouldn't make a trial cut. I think that finally all the pressure is starting to get to her. so many people around town who don't really know anything about swimming. Think that she will make it to Beijing.

Okay I have to go act now. Should be tons of fun. Wish me luck.

Ahhh. finally on livejournal. I haven't been on in forever. I am having computer problems so I am using my Mom's Macbook. I am getting a little frustrated because I am not used to this computer. I haven't even called anyone. Its been crazy here. I have been painting and moving for my Mom. And the week before was Annie Oakley Days. So I'll start with that. If you don't know her. She is the legendary sharp shooter. Annie get your gun is a musical about her. and she used to tour with Wild Bill Hicock. Anyway since we live so close to her birthplace, there is a festival for her every year. We also have this store called Kitchenaid Experience. They of course sell Kitchenaid stuff but they also do cooking demos and classes. Well each year they have what they call the Legendary sale. Thursday, Friday and Saturday they have sales on different things, and for the first 200 people they give you something free. This year it was cookie tray, loaf pan, and cake pan. In the past they have given out hand mixers, casserole sets, and even one year stand mixters. That ment getting up really early and sitting in line before the sun comes up for the free stuff. There are great sales and everything is free shipping. If you get a stand mixer, extra bowl, pouring shield and food grinder attachtment are free. And depending on how much you buy you can get other things. Like last year I got a 10 cup coffee maker and this year we got an imersion blender. Plus Bitz was in the Civic Theater's Melodrama. She was the Scottish Villianess. And rensahannou will love her charaters name: Tiara McHara. If you don't know what a melodrama is, it is a kinda old western play that the audiance takes part in. You have to cheer when the hero comes on, and boo and hiss at the villian, and ahh for the heroine. I think Tuti would love melodramas, he would love heckling with the crowd as a villian. Names are really cheesy too. Like Pam Iscous was the librarian, and the retired horse thief was Clyde Dale. A local kid wrote the play and he did ok, but he is a jerk that is full of himself. He played the villian. My favorite character was the undertaker, he was hillariously creepy. The guy that played him is really good. He is 70 years old and suffered from a stroke but he still comes back and helps sometimes. Bitz is also going to be in the Murder Mystery Dinner this weekend. Everyone that goes to the dinner is a character of course but the big parts are planned and done by actors. This week was full of painting, cleaning carpet and moving furniture. Because we were cleaning Mom wanted to do the whole house so that ment reorganizing EVERYTHING. The pantry, cupboards, garage, etc. Mom got new furniture so we had to get ready for it. Our house was built in the seventies so it is very seventies. Sunken living room and planters. My sisters' boyfriends even helped tons. It was a lot of work but I love the new furniture. It is TALL. for TALL people. My feet just barely touch the floor when I sit down. Its great. As a reward we went to Kings Island Friday. It was insane. We are going thru a heat wave so it was in the upper 90's and humid on top of that. The lines were really short because it was so hot. Mom is so happy she retired. She would have had to go to school on Friday and they don't have air conditioning. Great Mom's back must go even though I have so much more to talk about. Hey Zika_desua and Rensahannou I got a suprize for you. I am going to try to mail it tomorrow.

So I have a bunch of saved up entries in my head.  so here goes.  The weekend before last was Long Course championships at Miami in Oxford.  Man, I love that pool.  They have this water zambini that they push around the pool deck after warmups and before the meet that sucks up the water off of the apron.  Kinda like a zambini smooths the ice in an icerink.  The racing pool is nice and deep and at one end they are able to change the depth of the pool.  They do that sometimes for underwater hockey.  They also have windows in the bottom which I think is kinda freaky.  I feel like I'm in a zoo.  They also use a bromide formula instead of chlorine.  I can smell a bit of the difference.  Chlorine is rough, but I know more people allergic to the bromine mixture.  It may not burn off your hair from lots of exposure, but bromide really dries up your skin from just a little exposure.  I also like the pool from all of the cameras.  They have this giant screen that can show feeds from the cameras, and that way you can see the event better.  They even use underwater cameras if its a big enough meet.  Its like major swim meets like the one time I went to FINA World Championships. They have changed the consessions recently.  They don't have baked calzones or lovely smoothies any more.  They are trying to be healthier, which really means meager amounts of crapier food.  OH well.
I been out of the swimming world for a while and you don't realize how much you miss it.  Its a whole other world of people, well actually they are just regular people but everyone has this common bond.
Fashion wise things have changed too.  The Nike speed suits aren't really sold anymore because the silicone ripped to easy.  Any Speedo fastskins now come in any color you want.  Its different because when you look  down ondeck its not just a sea of blue and black bodies.  Plus the guys are back to wearing speedos and not jammers anymore.
Chatham did really well.  She broke a league record in the 50m back.  and she didn't even taper or wear a fast suit.  She just missed olympic trial cuts by hundreths in one event and a few tenths in another.  but She did make Jr. Nationals but she is not going to go.  She mostly did the training to stay fit for college.
I like going to long course meets.  To get through faster they start each event when the previous heat has only 25m left.  The next heat then chases the former heat.  They call it the canadian chase.  Its fun but hard.  You have to get out of the pool fast.  And sometimes the official doesn't pay enough attention an a little kid may be in a senior event.  The little kid might get caught by the heat after them.  They will just swim strait over top of them.  Or if they are at the end, the timers rips the kid out of the pool by the arms.  Its the only time swimming becomes like a contact sport.
Last Saturday my family went out to eat with our old coach.  It was fun.  Afterwards we went back to his house to socialize.  They got a new puppy that is adorable.  She is a beautiful chocolate lab.  They named her Cocolika Wahini.  not sure on the spelling of that its supposed to be Chocolate Lady in Hawiian.
On other swimming things, Chatham is swimming with another team, (but with the same coach as above) and some of the names are hilarious.   One girl on the team has the best last name I have ever heard.  Its:  Warmbeir.   Which is pronounced Warm- beer.  Lots of jokes come from that one.
Okay Thats enough for this post I think.

Jul. 22nd, 2007 10:02 am Nevermind

OK. I don't like it.  the book left too many holes.  And the characters she killed off.  grrr.  oh and that hole part of yes it is all in your head but does that make it less real.  I hated how she did that.  And there are so many more things.  I am going to be in a bad mood for a while.  I just had to get past the euphoria of finishing last night before I realized how much I did not like what she did .
Although I admit there were some good parts.  But there are somany wait a seconds how did that happen. Or what happened to them.  Man I don't think I get how they come into the story, or rather I do but I can't figure out why she chose to do it that way.  Of course this is her creation.... I should probably stop cause I'm rambling and probably don't make much sense.

Jul. 22nd, 2007 02:14 am Im DONE!!!

Im done. Im done. Im done.
Yeah, it took me longer than I would have liked.  But I didn't get to read it strait through and frequently had to stop reading a crucial parts to do house work, and family stuff.  Ohh that was hard.  Right away after Bitz and I got it last night from Meijer ( which was pretty crazy, but we only paid like $13 for the book so thats cool) Bitz read it outloud on the ride home.  Gah. Just the 1.5 chapters she read and Im OMGing in my head pretty much constantly.  I also thought that right away this is sooo not appropriate age wise for a lot of the kids getting the book last night.  You imediately feel like the rest of the books are childish because this is now fullblown war.  And yeah some is predictable.  And yeah sometimes i felt like maybe she really liked some fanfics and borrowed ideas.  Or I don't know.  I can say that I didn't really want to read the book.  The series is over.  There will be no more.  and usually when an author does that I am so not satisfied. I can even get in a pretty bad mood about it.  Pretty much the only series of books that I've ever been content with the ending and the fact that it ended was Phillip Pullman's Sally Lockhart Trilogy.  Which actually has a sort of slight epilogue book , The Tin Princess.  And know JK Rowling has made me feel pretty content with the fulfillment of this epic story.
ugg.
I have to get up and go to my cousin's fiance's bridal shower tomorrow or rather today.  And its a suprise theme of lingerie party.  I don't even really know the girl but we have to go.  thank goodness i finished to book. or i would probably go insane tomorrow.
now I must concentrate on calming done so i can get some sleep.  and get rid of the puffiness from crying so much.

Jul. 11th, 2007 12:04 am Underneath it all, I'm pretty much naked.

The heading is actually what my calender says for this month.  It made me have to stop and think about it for a second and then say, yep that is true.

I went to Kings Island the Sunday before last and also last Saturday.
So much fun.  I think my favorite old ride is the good olde Viking ship.  Then either Delirium (a spinning pendulum) or the Beast.  The beast is great its like a five minute ride on a wooden roller coaster.  the tunnels are the best.  ohh I forgot the racers.  I really love wooden roller coasters. ohh or good old Top Gun
Since we have Gold pass season tickets, we can get fast passes to certain rides for a designated time.  Its wonderful to just get to the front of the line and not have to wait forever.
One of the worst rides is the Italian Job.  Boring
I tried to make d-boy faces for everytime they took a picture.  Yanagi was really the only good one
I also beat Travis in the Scooby Doo Ride (its like a haunted house that you shoot targets with "flash lights") and he owed me a Dr. Pepper then the next weekend we did a double or nothing and he beat me by a shot. Darn
Saturday we also went to the water park, it was terribly crowded but we had tons of fun in the lazy river.  Bitz and I were with her bf,Andrew Chatham's bf Travis, Andrew's bro, and two of their friends and a gf.  Well so many people make it fun
We also went on the new Firehawk, which was awesome.  You sit down and then they turn the seats so you are on your back.  then for most of the ride the cars are suspended and you a on your stomache, like you are flying.  Its awesome,  We waited in line forever but it was worth it.  it was so hot and there was little shade from the sun and the water was only at the front of the line.  We saw five people collapse in an hour before they did anything about that and bring more water that was more easy to access.
KI is no longer Paramounts so the ride's are not Movies any more.
OH and they took out the loop in the Son of Beast.  It was the only wooden rc with a loop but to make the loop the carts had to be heavier and they were straining the wood too much,  So they took out the loop and got lighter carts.  Now the carts go 10 miles faster on the first hill.
Well I guess thats enough about KI

Ack. I am totally  not following my goal of posting more.  But I have been really busy and I do think of what I want to post.

So last Thursday was my Mom's last day of school forever.  Its really hard to believe that she is retired.  She left at a really great time.  The Dayton Public School system is in a bad spot right now.  They are 30million dollars in deficit.  And the state is refusing to help.  They are having to close several schools and layoff quite a few people.  Thats why my Mon retired, they offered an incentive for elegible retirees to take their retirement.  This of course was before everyone knew about the problem with finances.

The last day I helped the teachers and some of Mom's friends to throw her a suprize retirement party.  I was fun trying to keep it a suprize and still get everyone there.  She even cried.  I don't think she will quit teaching.  She may not be doing it full time but she will do something.  Its hard to believe that she has been going to school every year since she was 5 years old.  Come September she will probably get really depressed.  The last day was a mess.  The kids were only supposed to come if they missed exams but some just came to socialize or because they had nothing better to do.  If the students were walking the halls then they were sent home, but some of them would just come back because their parents didn't want to deal with them.  It was rediculous.  There was even a fight over a Sponge Bob doll.  They also started throwing water balloons with bleach in them.  I don't know exactly where the balloons came from all the bathrooms but one were locked and the water fountains don't work.  Crazy.  I am so glad she doesn't have to go back they just pack the kids in more and more every year.  Legally there are only supposed to by about 15-16 students per class for that level of sp. ed.  But they just fill em up.  Okay enough of that topic.

Sat. I went with my family to Pittsburg, PA. Stupid place.  It was about a five hour drive and then we hit the rediculous construction and had to sit on the highway for three hours.  Then the detour took us through some shady parts of town.  We finally arrived at my cousins grad party.  The food was interesting for a party.  He has taken German since the fifth grade ( annoying when we get together he would say something in German that we wouldn't know.  I learned phrases in oher languages to talk back, Ryosuke, Aki and Akira from the swim team were a great help in that) any way he wanted German food so there was pickled beef, brats and sour krout, shnitzle, mini ruebens... not saying that it was bad it was just different for a party.

Today my sister started two-a-day practices with her new team.  So we went with her to find the pool.  The pool is more than an hour away and practice started at 6am so I woke at 4 to take a shower before we left man, I am tired.  I am so glad I am done with the days of early morning practices.  Amazingly it was warm enough to swim.  So they didn't cancel or just do dry land.  When she was finally done we went shopping.  It was fun.  We went to Books and Co, mostly because we don't there too often and I found a gift certificate from 2001.  Well I will have to wait to redeem that because it has to be sent to the home offices because they now use gift cards.  There was a great sale of buy any 2 tokyo pop manga and get a third free.  Sadly I didn't get any mostly because of my families hate of this crazy little obsession.  I found these books called postsecrets.   This guy started a community art project to have people send him a secret anonymously on a post card. It had to be true and they could decorate it any way they wanted to.  Well I became a hit and now there is a website and he is somehow connected with 1 800 SUICIDE.  Some of the secrets are happy, some are sad, and some are just plane weird.  The art is really interesting too.  I feel like writing a couple of postcards myself but I don't know if I have the courage.  I am definately going to check out the web site.  its www.postsecret.com.

I am so ready for vacation.  Its going to be great.  My sister's boyfriends family is coming too.  I am going to be such and old lady but I bought yarn so I can make an afghan by the pool.  I don't really care for sand.  It gets everwhere and I have spent too many years in over chlorinated pools to want to swim in the dirty ocean.  If I try really hard I might make it as far as my knees in the water but thats it.  Man, I can't believe I used to work for hours making sand sculptures, like a shark or an octopus and  go out into the water with my sisters to pickup little hermit crabs with our toes.  Eewww.  dirty dirty dirty. Funny thing is I don't mind dirt or mud here at home.

I really want to go to Louisville to see [info]zika_desu and [info]rensahannou. Okay that all for now.

May. 31st, 2007 11:00 pm spelling bee

Okay so I watched the last bit of the National Spelling bee tonight.  Darn kid that won.  I wanted the girl to win and then the Canadian to come runner up.  He had some really easy words too. Like the pasta and the Japanese soup.  Really easy even I could spell those and I would probably die without spell check.  It kinda seems a little unfair but ohwell.

On to other stuff.  I feel bad for RSA this year.  Last year as president I came in and my secretary and NCC both left.  (Secretary because she transferred schools and the Jacka.. NCC cause he was a whiney lazy ass that was too busy)  Well anyway I was the only returning member of the exec board and so for the first part of the year pretty much ran the org by myself.  The treasurer, who couldn't even pick a name so we called him WesorMicheal, was an idiot and never did things correctly so if he even did his job I still had to redo everything.  Luckily I had a great VP who came it and did a lot.  She often liked to take credit for everything even if she didn't do it but ohwell she did help.
Well I just got off a call from her and she has been really sick this past semester and right now is on a 2 week bed rest. Well she has now decided to transfer out of UE.  She was elected Pres for this upcoming year and now she is gone.  There are no veteran members of the Resident Students Assocation.  OMG.  it is going to be a mess next year.  We did a lot of changes like rewrite and ratify the consisitution.  Re organize the governing members of RSA.  Revamp the requirements of each Area/Hall council and the General Assembly and bring in a new Recognition and Reward program.  Partner some of our events with the Student Government Assoc. and Student Congress.  Redo the budget. And bring in a new care package program fund raiser.  Amoung a ton of other new things.  Now pretty much my VP (the now leaving Pres) and Me where the only ones that really knew all of the stuff that has happened.  Yeah other people helped with the programs but I knew the entire backbone.  I trained my VP or built alot with my VP on how everything worked and she was going to pass it on.  We kept a pretty good record of everything, but sometimes little everyday things slip by.  I really wonder what is going to happen next year.  I hope they do ok because I really cared about the Organization and I don't want all of my hard work to go down the drain.
Plus we still have to stay in the requirements from the state, region and National affiliations.  Lovely.  Well the National conference starts this weekend so I hope they are ok

Sometimes I really dislike my family.  My Mother and Chatham have decided that I need to have a baby. Because Mom wants to be a grandmother and Chatham an aunt.  And of course I am the only one old enough to have kids.
Me trying to be clever tells them that, that is a nice wish, but it would be a little hard seeing as I don't even have a steady boyfriend right now.  In response they decided to put me on eharmony. YUCK.
But now that may never happen because now they have found a local guy.  In fact a very local guy.  A guy across the street.  The house had just recently been sold but no one was moving in.  Just a lot of guys coming and going and working on it.  My Dad went over and talked to the guy working trying to find out who bought it.  Turns out the guy's son bought it and is moving in.  He graduated the same year as me in the neighboring town.  He knows Chatham and I as being very athletic, because of out swimming reputations.  Now this is not cool cause I don't know him.  And all I hear now is how cute he is. And I need to wear better clothes when working out side.  Thankfully he hasn't been at the house when I am, so I dont get bugged to go over and talk to him.

On another note.  I have just gotten on the internet to day after several days absence.  Stupid Chatham cut the cable cord.  She was turning over dirt to plant flowers and it took us forever to fix it because it was cut in four places.  Dad and I would think it was fixed but it wasn't and we would find another cut.  It was insane.

I finally met up with my high school friends.  One of us is married and expecting a baby in October.  Its so weird she is already showing a little and she has to pee all the time.  Her husband is so funny and proud.  Then another friend is close to eloping.  Another is still in school.  She is going to be a sped teacher.  When Ohio changed its licensing laws she was forced to go to a different University and a portion of her credits did not transfer.  Another is a Biology major but she also is trying for a license in ASL and is going to be a translator I think.  The last is not home yet.  She just graduated from Ithaca and will only be home for a month.  Then she is leaving to live in France.  She is going to be an english teacher in Versailles.  I see all my friends and I feel like such a loser. Okay enough self pity I need to move on.

May. 23rd, 2007 04:19 pm Ice Cream

I have found another awesome flavor of wonderful icecream.
It is called Black Rasberry Chip from UDF (United Dairy Farmers).  Its purple which is a little weird, but it has these amazing slivers of DARK Chocolate mixed in.  mmmmmm.... its orgasm inducing good.  I have never been particularly fond of rasberries but this is good.
So now my favorite icecream flavors are:
Lemon ( which is practically impossible to find anymore)
Cherry Cordial ( also Cherry Garcia by Ben and Jerry)
Dutch Chocolate Almond with Mikesells Olde Fashioned Potatoe Chips crumbled on top ( I love the salty sweet crunchy goodness)
and now added to the list is Black Rasberry Chip

May. 22nd, 2007 09:50 am Good (Bad) Gift

So my sisters and I pitched in and bought my Mom an iPod for Mom's Day. We got it so she could tote around all her pictures better, seeing as shes retiring at the end of this school year. Now I am beginning to think maybe it wasn't such a great idea. She had Chatham put songs on it and now listens to it all the time. She loves it , its like the music is coming from inside her brain and she just can't help but listen and attempt to sing along, blah blah blah. She still doesn't really know how to use it, like leaving it on to drain the batteries if she is not using it, but its funny and a littlle annoying to hear her talk about the iPod. :)
